- We must be notified of the return within 14 days of your received date except for defected items.
- The product must still be in FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise. In this case we will charge return shipping fee and will return the item back to the customer. Otherwise we will charge a 15% item restocking fee.
*** If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges except for defected items.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
- In this case we must be notified of the return within 3 days of shipment received date.
- We inspect our products prior to selling, however, there is a case that we may not catch.
- We will ship you a replacement after receiving the defected items from the customer and once our inspection has completed.
- Returns must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories and parts.
*** All defective returns found not to be defective will be charged return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- We take pride in selling high quality products, however, we cannot control damage or loss that may occur during shipping.
- If your order was damaged during shipping or if you did not receive your order, contact us and we will be happy to take care of the issue.

*** "Refused" or "Undeliverable" packages are subject up to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, Dream Toys is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.
